Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a great Customer Success Manager to join our team as we prepare for our next round of growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Building relationships with our customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition from a sales prospect to an active user
  • Being the main point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and goals and supporting them when using our product
  • Collating recurring support requests from customers and prioritising these with the Product Owner
  • Creating profiles of commonly requested features or changes and incorporating them into the product roadmap
  • Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions
  • Conducting user interviews and questionnaires to discover more about how they are currently using, and how they want to use our products
  • Collating customer research into specific and actionable insights

Our Ideal Candiate

  • Passionate about building deep and positive relationships with our amazing customers, and championing their needs
  • Strong enterprise software experience in customer support and management
  • Highly proficient conducting customer interviews and research, and synthesising the results into actionable insights
  • Understanding of the technical requirements of feature and support requests
  • Experience building applications that run parallel processes across multiple NVIDIA GPUs
  • Familiar working as part of a team within an Agile Development Methodology and Scrum Framework
  • Scientific or technical background, and ability to communicate effectively with development and business teams to accomplish project goals
