People Operations Manager

We are looking for an amazing People Operations Manager to join our team as we prepare for our next round of growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Advising on policies and procedures to ensure we are always up to date with legal requirements
  • Supporting with recruitment and onboarding new team members
  • Being the first point of contact for HR queries and support
  • Partner with managers on performance management and talent development
  • Analyse data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business

Our Ideal Candiate

  • Passionate about people, and helping them to excel at what they’re doing
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in People Operations or HR in an enterprise software environment
  • Excellent knowledge of employment, data protection, and compliance law
  • Experience working with team members across the business and technology spectrum
  • Familiarity with data analysis and tracking tools, and experience generating reports from data to assist with key decision making
  • Experience with people operations within a rapidly changing and scaling team
  • Experience ensuring culture alignment across a growing team
